Sonte Vales  plays the classic Motown, Old School R&B, Contemporary Jazz and Classic Rock  

He was influenced by George Benson, Paul Jackson Jr., Jimi Hendrix, and a slew of songwriters   

He started learning to play guitar at the age of 13 and he has played for some Legendary Acts in his musical journey such as:   The Chi-lites who will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in 2021 His performance is heard on their hits Oh Girl & Have You Seen Her                  

Sonte was also the  Musical Director for The Motown Miracles Hit Ooh Baby Baby         

Sonte is currently Guitarist/Music Director for The Incomparable Barbara Mason's hit Yes I’m Ready
